Why is my fluorescent light flickering every time I use my printer? November 2, 2009

Problems began when my GFCI outlet would not reset in my basement office. The next thing I know, every time I print with my laser printer, the fluorescent light overhead flickers, as though there is not enough power coming to my office. With the exception of a large LCD television upstairs, I have not added any major appliances to my home electrical systems.
