Whats better a Canon sx20 or a Samsung duelview camera? January 30, 2010

I want to buy one of those but i don’t know which one.
The canon sx20 looks like a good camera,
And so does the Samsung duel-view.
The Samsung is a touchscreen and that’s cool.
The main thing is Picture Quality. Something that take really good pictures.
