What’s the difference between the Canon PowerShot SD1200-IS and the Canon PowerShot A1100-IS. The latter is cheaper, but will it be lower quality?

I think Canon PowerShot A1100is does not come with low quality.The difference is A1100 use AA batteries make it bulky
while SD1200is use Lithium-ion battery
