I have a wireless printer, a wireless laptop and a desktop that is connected by USB to a wireless router. My laptop connects wirelessly to the printer but Im wondering if it is possible to connect the desktop wirelessly to the printer via the router? I have tried setting up a network to no avail. The desktop has XP and the laptop has Vista.
I have tried connecting the printer via the traditional methods but that doesnt work. I have tried connecting it via the USB but that doesnt work. When I click print and I send it to the printer, it counts up to 100% as normal but nothing happens.Submited by:CARL W

I used to have Vista on my desktop and my laptop, and my laptop could send to the printer connected to my desktop. Now, I’ve installed Windows 7 on my desktop, the printer works fine on the desktop. But my laptop (Vista) does not see the printer at all. I verified I have the printer set to sharing.Submited by:davenetman
