Can’t install driver for Epson CX3810 Stylus printer onto Vista Ultimate? April 30, 2010

I have the correct version of the printer software. I downloaded it from Epson’s website. I start the installation software. It asks for me to connect the printer and turn it on so that it can configure it. After a while of waiting it returns a dialogue box stating that it can’t find the printer and to retry. I plugged the printer into the computer using the usb cable. I know that usb is working because I can plug many other devices in and it they work fine. Any help is appreciated.Submited by:bhoke98
