you’re not supposed to eat Epson salts. they are poisonous. suck it up, and go to school. it’s obvious that you need to. good luck, and don’t eat it.

I think it won’t hurt you, other than a poot or two.

You’ll probably be running back and forth to the bathroom. It’s a laxative.

Is that the best you can do? Why not make it worth the effort, eat 2lbs of chocolate and wash it down with a quart of milk, Buck Up! Go to school

There should be a formula on the side of the Epsom salt to do that, but it won’t make you miss school. It will help clean out any junk you have in your system. Also, if you have a cold and soak your feet in Epsom salt and warm water, it will drain your sinuses. After a had workout (shoveling snow, raking, weights, etc) you can help clear lactic acid, and cut down on soreness, by taking a warm Epsom salt bath.

Of course you can mix them together, especially if your’e putting it in your bath. It works wonders for those body aches and pains.

It will help break down lactic acid and is great for making your feet soft as a foot bath, but to be honest I wouldn’t drink it. Just go to school, we had to!!! Merry Christmas!
