My epson printer is taking the paper but not printing the images? What could be wrong? April 30, 2010

It just keeps taking the paper and pushing it out immediately. I toook the cartridges out and shook them/ shut the printer off/ restarted my computer..everything i know to do!

I have the correct version of the printer software. I downloaded it from Epson’s website. I start the installation software. It asks for me to connect the printer and turn it on so that it can configure it. After a while of waiting it returns a dialogue box stating that it can’t find the printer and to retry. I plugged the printer into the computer using the usb cable. I know that usb is working because I can plug many other devices in and it they work fine. Any help is appreciated.Submited by:bhoke98

Got new ink , but the heads are in the printer , not in new ink tank.
